We’re looking for a passionate and self-motivated Customer Success Intern to come and join our team in sunny Barcelona.
 
Key responsibilities:

- translate texts from English to Spanish
- create quality screenshots for our Help Center articles
- create templates and example typeforms
- help with analyzing Help Center reports and metrics
- provide QA for the Help Center in Spanish
- help out with other duties for the Customer Success team, such as content creation for Help Centre articles and tips
 
Requirements:



- knowledge of Typeform (end-user level, turn them into gurus when they join us)
- experience working in the design sector
- experience working with data analysis
- native Spanish speaker
- proficiency level in English, both verbal and written (any other languages are a plus)
- strong communication skills, both long and short form, written and verbal
- organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
- team player with demonstrated ability to execute across a cross-functional team
