As business analyst you’ll team with the product manager and translate our product road-map into an awesomely looking platform. You’ll implement “smooth as silk” processes while successfully juggling between the technical and business side of the product. We’re looking for someone who has previous experience with agile methodologies and workflow management in design-centered companies.
 
As business analyst you will:

-Work closely with product manager to gather requirements from use cases and users workflow

-Gather and write user stories

-Analyze and improve workflow from design to story writing to software development

-Set metrics for these improvements

-Working closely with the team to write acceptance criteria  

-Making sure teams are achieving sprint goals

-Track velocity of teams and detect bottlenecks in the process
 
Requirements:

-Experience with scrum and kanban frameworks

-Experience with story and acceptance criteria writing

-Being able to communicate in business and technical language

-Proven track record in increasing software development process speed and reduce product cycle time

-Experience with working in cross functional teams

-Experience with working in design-centered companies

-High attention to detail

-Proven track record of improved business processes in IT companies

-Be proactive and open to venture in new areas

-Medium to high level of English

-High analytical skills
