Office Manager Assistant:

Typeform has a brand new home, and we’re looking for someone we can count on to manage our purchasing and supply contracts, who has specialized tools and experience to improve our procurement process.
 
Typeform makes beautiful, conversational forms. And we’re growing, fast.

You’ll be in charge of:
- Owning our procurement processes, negotiating, and building relationships with service providers.
- Making sure contracts with our providers are up to date.
- Ensuring all suppliers meet our high health and quality standards.
- Reviewing our existing procurement processes and identifying improvements.
- Handling staff travel arrangements and reimbursements.
- Forecasting and coordinating all of our ongoing materials needs and special requests.
- Handle and follow-up purchase order creation based on internal requests.
- Continuously improving procurement systems.
- Acting as a gatekeeper for colleagues, answering requests and providing support in a friendly and professional way.
-Taking care of purchasing everything that our office needs to function (office supplies, food & beverages, books, software licenses etc.)
 
Requirements:

- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple quarterly projects and have a approach to problem solving.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Previous experience in Purchasing including supplier relationship management.
- Experience in an international environment.
- Contract and price negotiation experience is a real plus
